Wafu salad and smoked duck dinner

Our Thai rice finally finished and we got the short grain Japanese rice. It's more expensive than the Thai rice. Today's dinner definitely very different from the past 8 years and definitely delicious!



This is how it looks like. 

I prefer the taste of sushi rice to Thai rice. 

 We also bought the Duck Chef's smoked duck breast boneless.




 It's one piece of smoked duck breast meat. We just de-froze it using microwave, then microwaves it. 


 Look at it! It looks really tasty!


And yes! It's really tasty! Putting the duck meat slices on the plate looks so elegant, just like eating in a restaurant. :)


 For the soup, we got this Eu Yan Sang's Yang Sheng Le American ginseng concentrated herbal soup. 


 Just put the paste with 1 litre of water and chicken meat and cook. 


It's really simple and it tastes wonderful! We'll definitely eat it again! 


 We bought salad mixed with Yuzu Citrus flavoured dressing (wafu sauce).


We don't really like those creamy salad dressing. The wafu dressing is slightly sour and really tastes nice! It's a large bottle, so we can enjoy many rounds of salad again! :)
