Koi Opening in Compasspoint Sengkang

I was waiting for the Koi bubble tea to open in Compasspoint. And the wait seems long. I went to see the renovation notice. The reno permit ends on 18 Nov 2011. I should expect to see it open after 18 Nov 2011 :)
