Happening Saturday

I woke up early to buy McDonald's breakfast and also get some flowers for my dear to encourage for her Journey goal. At the florist at Rivervale Plaza, I saw some beautiful chrysanthemum. I bought pink roses for her. :)

We went for a swim at noon time. As the swimming complex is under a shelter, we can swim even at 1145am to 1230pm. Thank God that I had good improvement today! My breathing technique improved. Initially, I felt breathless and unnatural to breath while swimming. And can barely swim a lap. Glad for the improvement. Tried my new pair of goggles with degree power. Like my spec. :)

We took the West Loop LRT from the Anchorvale swimming complex  to Mad Jack at Jalan Kayu to eat after our swim. Very convenient, just few stops away. The chicken chop was pretty nice. My purpose of swim is not for health, so I am OK to eat high calorie food after the swim.

In the evening, I went for a jog at the Punggol Park again. So happy and thank God that I have improvement in stamina. :)  I saw the beautiful creation of sunset and cannot resist but snap a few pictures.

I ran alone as my dear was tired. On the way back, I bought the usual chicken rice and seasoned soup (四川汤) from the kopitiam.

On the way back from Punggol Park, saw the moon nicely hanged above the flats. Snapped a picture too.

I was bored at home so I went for a walk to the 24-hour NTUC next to Buangkok MRT station. In order not to buy the wrong Yoplait yogurt, I took a photo for reference. (Love camera phone feature!)  I found that Yoplait's mango yogurt is very yummy!

I passed by the pasar malam (night market).

I also bought some snacks to contribute to the office's food stock. This personal "pantry" was started by those few of us who have high metabolism (hungry faster). Bought the soft pack Jagabee (with 5 mini packets).
