Old Fashion Elevator

I spotted an old-fashioned elevator! It has no automatic door. The door is actually a gate where passengers have to manually push to open and pull to close. Do you know where in Singapore is this? 


It is in Victoria Hotel. I saw it by chance when I was at Republic of Steak.
