Neighbourhood walkabout

Walking around our neighbourhood to see what interesting to shoot...

Potted plant in the staircase. Even in space constraint HDB apartment, space is made full use of for greenery.

Altar. We live in an environment where we have the freedom to choose what belief we want to practise.

Mini plant. Is this considered bonsai? Walking passed corridors, we can easily find many beautiful plants. Pause for a while and appreciate them.

Train station platform. Passengers waiting eagerly to get home for dinner.

We only have a tiny rubbish chute. I don't remember seeing any rubbish point here. So, I guess that's why residents dumped their large trash at the lobby.

You will often find chairs outside the HDB apartment. Chit chat area among neighbours.

Pegs to hang wet clothes. Other than the usual hanging area, residents like to hang larger items such as bed sheets or blankets at the corridor.

When I was a kid, I had a bicycle too. I often cycled around my old estate years ago.

The hole provides plenty of sunlight for the plants to grow.

The friendly neighourhood cat!

Another bicycle was spotted.
